Job Title IT Desktop Support Consultant Experience 8+ Years Job Type Long Term Contract Contact Kindly share your resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Desktop Support Consultant with strong networking and endpoint management expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern workplace technologies including Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and automation tools. This role requires a proactive, solution-driven individual who is curious, detail-oriented, and aggressive in troubleshooting and resolving enterprise-level IT issues. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC). Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device management. Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred). Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and user support skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and identity management. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (ServiceNow preferred). Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
