Job Description

We are looking for a FT FP/OB to join the team at this great West Texas hospital! **This opportunity is one hour from Amarillo.**

FP/OB Position Highlights

- Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with a flexible 4-day option
- - Additional detail provided: Mon–Thurs 9:00am–5:00pm; Friday 8:00am–12:00pm
- Outpatient-focused with light inpatient admitting privileges
- Patient Volume: Up to 22 patients/day
- Full-scope Family Practice with OB services available
- Collaborative care environment (anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff)

Compensation & Incentives

FP + OB

Up to $375,000 base salary with RVU bonus potential
Sign-on bonus: $30,000
Relocation: up to $20,000 (with receipts)
Tuition reimbursement
Excellent benefits
PTO accrual: 7.08 hours per paycheck
401(k)

Salary range: $254,082 – $270,300

Call Coverage

Rotating call with 2 other physicians
Call coverage is for Pediatric and Neonate only (in the ED)
