Check out the details below: Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Community Mental Health / Addiction Services Location: Salt Lake City, UT Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours, flexibility Company overview: Mission-driven non-profit providing mental health and addiction services to underserved populations, with a focus on strengthening systems and meeting community needs. Patient population: adults with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, major depression with psychotic features, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Job Description: Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis and medication management. Treat adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Provide community-based care through an ACT team. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team. Monitor treatment, support crisis intervention and coordinate community care.
