Racquet Club Concierge
The Boca Raton
Tennis Professional
The ideal candidate will provide a quality tennis experience for guests and members of The Boca Raton.
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
- Oversee court, lesson and clinic reservations
- Knowledge of all tennis programs
- Promote events
- Assist members and guests with game matching
- Lesson and court fee billing
- Retail sales.
Reports to Director of Racquet Sports
Has regular contact with Club members and Resort guests, meeting planners, vendors.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer service environment. Resort and/or country club experience; good tennis knowledge a plus.
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing. In the United States, we are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
