We offer steady, full-time work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where your mechanical skills are respected and your contribution directly impacts daily operations. The Opportunity We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who takes pride in figuring out how things work, diagnosing the real problem, and fixing it right the first time. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for keeping heavy equipment and trucks up and running. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, want steady hours, and are ready for real responsibility in a busy yard, this is a strong long‑term career opportunity. What You’ll Do Repair and maintain cranes, excavators, forklifts, shredders, other industrial equipment, and trucks to keep the yard operating smoothly. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to find and fix the true root cause of problems. Document work performed and maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with safety rules. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, you are independently handling most equipment repairs and maintenance with minimal supervision. Equipment downtime is reduced because issues are accurately diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time. Preventive maintenance schedules are consistently followed, and you proactively identify problems before they lead to failures. You are recognized by operators and supervisors as a reliable, safety-focused mechanic who can be counted on in a fast‑paced yard. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of industrial mechanic experience with strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines. Guaranteed 44 hours per week plus overtime, with paid time off and holidays. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Full-time, long‑term role with steady work. #J-18808-Ljbffr M&M Recycling
