- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? This role supports the team's project intake, allocation, and delivery coordination. It is a backfill for a former full-time employee who accepted a voluntary separation package (VSP), creating an immediate need to restore this capacity. The individual will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting multiple incoming initiatives and working across product, business, and technology teams. This is a single-position backfill rather than part of a larger hiring initiative.

- What makes this role unique? The Scrum Master will primarily manage project intake and allocation across multiple teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing incoming project requests; partnering with business, product, and technology teams to clarify scope and requirements; coordinating resource estimates and hours needed to complete the work; maintaining allocation plans, dependencies, risks, and target dates; facilitating planning and status discussions; removing or escalating blockers; and communicating timelines, decisions, and changes to stakeholders. Performance will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of allocation data, clear project tracking, proactive risk escalation, effective stakeholder communication, and the team's ability to move work from intake through execution. This role is unique because it combines Scrum Master facilitation, Release Train Engineer coordination, and project allocation leadership.
