Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Riverside, RI for a second shift position. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
