ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in banking and then spent 18 months as a team member in another agency, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office.

I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University. I'm married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. We're highly involved in the community, supporting local schools, participating in church activities, and engaging in events like Earth Day and the Home and Garden Show.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brody Jackson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
