About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of a cohesive, always-on integrated marketing strategy. This newly created leadership role is pivotal in unifying the various marketing functions, including content, social, paid media, events, and digital, into a single, impactful program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning an integrated campaign calendar, orchestrating go-to-market launch execution, and establishing a sustained market presence through a consistent editorial and campaign cadence. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the integrated marketing approach is aligned with the broader marketing organization and is capable of delivering measurable business outcomes. Applicants for the AVP, Integrated Marketing position at the company should have a BS degree, with an MBA or equivalent experience valued, and at least 15 years of experience in leading integrated marketing, demand generation, or content marketing in a B2B technology environment. The role requires a candidate with strong content strategy judgment, paid media fluency, and experience in directing event and tradeshow strategy at major industry conferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-moving, hypergrowth environment and have a background in semiconductor, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical B2B industries. Leadership skills are essential, as the role involves team management, career development, and organizational building.
