What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting Understands that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority Comfortable with handling payments, a multi‑line phone system, email and other means of client reporting Familiarity with Avimark is a plus Strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment A team‑first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture Compensation: Starting at $16/hour, based on experience Schedule: 10‑hour shifts (rotating Saturdays) Sick and Paid time off (PTO) If you're looking to take your veterinary assistant career to the next level in a hospital that believes in teamwork, growth, and good vibes, we want to meet you.
