Voice Engineer
Remote Full Time Shift: Day Clearance: Public Trust No third party C2C Resident engineer must meet the following requirements:
- Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications specializing in voice.
- Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor IP based voice systems.
- Expertise in Automation of deployment, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of systems.
- Expertise with Avaya, and NEC Telcom systems
- Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive frequent release cycles (daily/weekly).
- Minimum Education Level - Current CCIE Collaboration Certification (Desired)
- Minimum 15 years' experience as an IP based voice engineer spanning multiple locations.
- Expertise with engineering and migrating to IPv6.
- Expertise with MS Teams and integrations
- Contact Center experience (UCCX,PCCE/UCCE etc)
- Google CCAI/Dialog Flow experience
Required:
- 25% TRAVEL (75% Remote work)
