- Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week with every third weekend rotation
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,980 - $2,090
- Charting System: Cerner
- Patient Ratio: 1:4
- Active Registered Nurse license with Emergency Department nursing experience
- At least 1 year of relevant RN experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- TNCC preferred
- Strong ability to work in both ED and Med-Surg environments
- Comfortable working night shifts and weekend rotation
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department and Med-Surg patients
- Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
- Float between the Emergency Department and Med-Surg unit as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Support a safe, organized, and team-oriented healthcare setting
