Job Title: Packer

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $14.50/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling pouches, retail packages, and shipping cartons while maintaining quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow instructions closely, and committed to working safely and productively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products into pouches, retail packages, and shipping cartons according to company standards.

• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy before fulfillment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Meet daily production and quality targets.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Support team members and assist in other areas as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to listen to and understand detailed instructions.

• Strong time management skills to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Prior warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–40 lbs] as needed.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
