Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical assessments and comprehensive medical history analyses
• Assist in diagnosing surgical issues through interpreting imaging studies and lab work
• Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement tailored surgical treatment strategies
• Provide support in the operating room: preparing environments, positioning patients, and assisting in surgical procedures
• Offer exemplary pre- and post-surgical care, encompassing medication management, wound care, discharge protocols, and patient education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant training program
• Clinical rotations in surgical environments are highly preferred

Certifications

• Current, unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure as a Physician Assistant (or eligibility)
