Join us and be part of an ambitious team that thrives on innovation and flawless execution!What You'll DoReview and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in components, assemblies and processes.Test, review, analyse and conduct root cause analysis on post-installation product failures and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Collaborate with the Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality and Sales teams to address and improve Field Quality.Provide quality expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including build inputs and installation at customer venuesImplement strategic quality improvement plans across multiple departments and monitor ongoing performance.Conduct on-site field installation audits. Identify and report.Support continuous improvement of product build and warranty repair recovery programs.Develop end-of-life cycle standards and metrics for materials.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and/or experience.5+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.Hands-on experience with quality systems, supplier / product auditing, and production quality engineering.Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, visual displays and networking systems.Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to review and sort complex data sets, identify trends and patternsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other quality methodologies.Functional understanding of the gaming, development, manufacturing, and technology industries.Compensation PhilosophyWe offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package designed to stay competitive in the market, support your wellbeing, and recognise your contribution to our success.
