Van Driver/CNA

About the Role:

As a Van Driver/CNA , you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from appointments, as well as providing patient care services to individuals in need. This is a unique opportunity to combine your driving skills with your passion for patient care, all while promoting independence and dignity for those in your care.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Provide direct patient care services, including but not limited to:
+ Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
+ Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
