Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join its team on a part-time or full time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can quickly integrate into a busy office, manage matters with minimal supervision, and provide exceptional support to both clients and attorneys. The successful candidate will possess experience in Georgia estate planning and probate matters, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach when working with individuals and families navigating sensitive life events. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment Key Responsibilities iesPrepare and revise a variety of estate planning and probate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and property transfer documen ts.Coordinate client meetings, document execution appointments, and estate plan signing sessions while ensuring all scheduling details are accurately manag ed.Facilitate document-signing appointments and oversee completion of required paperwo rk.Support trust funding activities through the preparation of deeds, transfer documentation, PT-61 filings, and related for ms.Maintain organized electronic and physical case files, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and readily accessib le.Utilize document automation and drafting software to generate customized legal documents and corresponden ce.Serve as a point of contact for clients by responding to routine inquiries, providing status updates, and escalating legal issues to attorneys when appropria te.Communicate and coordinate with courts, financial professionals, accountants, attorneys, and other third parties involved in client matte rs.Enter and maintain accurate case information, billing records, and database updates on a timely bas is.Assist attorneys and team members with administrative and case-related projects as need ed.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve internal processes, client service, and operational efficien cy.Identify opportunities to educate clients regarding additional services that may benefit their planning nee ds.
