Paralegal

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join a collaborative regional team responsible for managing franchise documentation, ownership transactions, contract compliance, and business-critical legal processes. This is an outstanding temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential and a proven track record of converting successful team members into permanent positions. What You'll Do As a key member of the regional team, you will play a critical role in processing and coordinating legal and business documentation related to dealership operations and franchise activities. Responsibilities Prepare, review, organize, and process legal document packages involving dealership ownership changes, buy/sell transactions, franchise agreements, relocations, and other dealer actions. Communicate regularly with dealership owners, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to gather and verify required documentation. Track transaction progress and approvals through Salesforce and internal systems. Maintain accurate records, complete filing activities, and manage document uploads. Support department programs through data analysis, reporting, and Excel-based workflows. Cross-train across multiple business functions to provide operational support and flexibility. Ensure compliance with franchise, dealer, and corporate requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle. Qualifications Paralegal, legal, compliance, business operations, contract administration, or related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate or legal studies background is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact with attorneys, dealership executives, and senior business leaders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Automotive, dealership, franchise, compliance, or legal experience is a strong plus. Why This Opportunity?
