Paralegal

Do you love digging into research and helping people? We’re hiring a paralegal to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, coordinating law office activities, and conducting legal research. Applicants should be experienced, highly-organized professionals with great attention to detail. Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer Experience in legal research and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Ability to organize and manage case files efficiently, maintaining easy access to all necessary documents. Proven track record of working collaboratively with attorneys to prepare for trials and client meetings. Strong communication skills for conducting client interviews and gathering essential information. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including subpoenas, pleadings, and correspondence, under attorney guidance. Familiarity with filing motions and coordinating with process servers to ensure timely legal processes. Detail-oriented mindset to manage administrative duties and maintain organized filing systems effectively. At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education Talented communicator and writer Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 yearly Bryce Law LLC is a dynamic and growing family law and personal injury-focused firm based in Marietta, Georgia.
