Schedule Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30), or alternatively 4x10s Days (08:00am - 6:30pm) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Sedona Campus team. The successful candidate will support our diverse patient population, including orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health cases. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to facilitate optimal patient recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and families on therapy best practices and home exercise programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
