Please include daytime Pacific Time interview availability at time of submission - if your application lists multiple lab specialties per assignment, please provide percentage breakdown of time spent in each specialty ***2 YEARS EXP, HARD STOP*** SEASONED TRAVELER IN BLOOD BANK REQUIRED - DO NOT SCREEN EPIC EXP HARD STOP BLOOD BANK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - HARD STOP, MUST BE RECENT/CURRENT (WITHIN 2 YEARS) BLOOD BANK TRAVELER TRAUMA LEVEL I EXP REQUIRED, TEACHING HOSPITAL PREFERRED Wellsky and Immucor Instrumentation experience preferred - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BLOOD BANK SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY CAN BE ANY SOFTWARE HARD STOP MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A LARGE HOSPITAL (300+ BEDS) - WILL SEE 30-50 SAMPLES A DAY WITH HIGH VOLUME TYPE/SCREEN AND CROSSMATCH CLINICIAN WILL WORK FULLY INDEPENDENT AT NIGHT - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALONE WITH CONFIDENCE WEEKENDS MAY EXCEED EVERY OTHER TO ACCOMODATE UNIT NEEDS SCHEDULING REQUESTS DUE TO OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Start date: ASAP Shift: 4x10HR VAR DAYS Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: NO Certs REQ: ASCP-BB Certs Pref: Clin Immunohem Sci Is on-call required?
