Hotel Sales Manager

Position Details Sales Manager. Starting Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000/year or more based on experience. Employment Type: Full-Time. Application Deadline: June 29, 2026. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, organizations, and partners. Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and negotiations to close business. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel and its offerings. Qualifications Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role is required. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Proficiency in hotel management software and CRM systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
