Are you passionate about providing care and support to seniors in need? Do you have a compassionate and caring attitude? If so, we are looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as a Resident Assistant at C&E In-Home Care Services in Belleville, WI.
Job Responsibilities:As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our residents. You will help with activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our residents to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
Additionally, as a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. You will also assist with resident activities and outings as needed to promote socialization and overall well-being.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Reliable and trustworthy
