This 12-week Engineering Internship offers a chance to contribute to P&G's global success in dynamic environments, from technical centers developing the latest innovations to plants optimizing advanced engineering systems. You'll be a key member of our engineering team, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing, working with cutting-edge technologies, and gaining invaluable hands‑on experience on projects that matter. What You Will Do As an Engineering Intern, you'll contribute to specialized engineering domains tied to our central technical teams and future manufacturing visions. Projects may include: Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA): Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control. Mechanical Design & Development (APS): Apply mechanical engineering mastery to develop innovative equipment (e.g., Blades & Metals, Plastics Systems, Equipment Design). Work from modeling/analysis to hands‑on prototyping. Converting & Packing Engineering: Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high-speed packaging, including packaging group projects. Manufacturing Process Development (MPD): Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes, assist in material/format validation, optimize production lines, and support supplier management. Instrumentation & Metrology: Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and measurement accuracy. Robotics Engineering: Contribute to developing and integrating robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks. Environmental & Civil Engineering: Support sustainable solutions, site infrastructure, and environmental compliance projects. Academic Standing: Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors). Project Mindset: An eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to approach complex issues and contribute to technical solutions. Availability: Ability to complete a 12 week internship between May and August 2027.
