Electrical Assembler

Job Description Job Description 1st and 2nd Shift Openings! Enjoy 3 day weekends on our Four - 10 hours a day Schedule: Monday-Thursday The Electrical Assembler will perform various duties on power control rooms including bending, running, installing, and terminating electrical conduit. Learn and adhere to all safety policies and practices to avoid safety incidents Learn and adhere to all manufacturing policies and practices to ensure consistent production Ensure quality by following standard work/process instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality Install, run, and terminate conduit by following standard work/process instructions Bend, run, and install conduit (EMT, Rigid, Wire way, and Cable tray) Install wiring by following standard work/process instructions (NEC Manual) Ensure that work areas remain clean and well organized Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally Constantly standing Frequently working from a ladder, and climbing up and down ladders. Constantly working overhead Constantly working in cramped quarters Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned Job Requirements Education And Experience Minimum of high school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience Must have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal Job Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Knowledge of air, hand, and power tools Basic mechanical knowledge Basic electrical theory Knowledge of electrical code requirements and wiring practices (NEC Manual) Ability to read drawings or blue prints Ability to read a tape measure Ability to bend conduit *Posted position does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation. *We are an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disability You should be proficient in: Electrical Schematics Blueprint Reading
