What they're looking for:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger accounting
- Experience managing complex reconciliations and analyzing financial results
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and streamline accounting processes
- Comfortable working in a multi-entity and fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls
- AP/AR processes
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- ERP system proficiency and advanced Excel capabilities
- Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of their work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong xhyhwjd corporate accounting and financial reporting experience
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills Sage intacct would be nice
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
