Job Description

As a member of our Event Staff team, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of events, promotional campaigns, and brand experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to develop valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, event coordination, and teamwork.

You will work closely with our event and management teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and provides a positive experience for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
• Welcome and engage with guests in a professional and approachable manner
• Provide information about event activities, services, and promotions
• Support event coordinators and team leaders throughout daily operations
• Maintain organized and attractive event areas
• Assist with guest registration and event materials when required
• Respond to guest questions and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve event goals
• Represent Elevare Branding with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Help ensure events operate efficiently from start to finish
