Senior Data Engineers

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Develop and optimize data models, transformations, and ELT/ETL processes using modern data stack technologies.
• Build and maintain data warehouse solutions and support data integration from multiple internal and external sources.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reliability across data platforms and pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows, models, and processing performance.
• Support stakeholders by providing actionable insights and enabling effective use of data products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills and proven experience with data modeling techniques.
• Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and orchestration.
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar.
• Experience supporting Marketing, Product, Revenue, or Customer Analytics domains.
• Experience building semantic layers and self-service analytics solutions.
• Experience with data observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Fluency in English.
