Master Welder & Team Lead (Exotic Materials)

Ellwood Technical Welding in Houston, TX is seeking a Master Welder with deep expertise across all welding processes to uphold the highest fabrication standards. This role requires proven craftsmanship, reliability, and the ability to guide others on the shop floor. You will lead shifts, mentor junior welders, read blueprints and welding drawings, and weld to exact specs on exotic materials.
