Overview Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele | Plymouth, MA, United States | Start date: 10/12/2026 | Assignment duration: 13 weeks | Weekly pay: $2,611–$2,652 per week | Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly | Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3x12) | Work setting: hospital-based general medical/surgical telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,611–$2,652 per week Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3x12), every other weekend Start date: 10/12/2026 Setting: hospital-based Med Surg Tele unit (49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry) Orientation: biweekly onboarding sessions Onboarding testing: ECG/Telemetry and medication knowledge assessments required prior to acceptance Travel credentials: Massachusetts RN license required at submission; EPIC EMR experience Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients on a general medical/surgical telemetry unit Monitor patient conditions and telemetry, respond to alarms, and document findings promptly Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered; ensure safe medication administration Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning, discharge planning, and patient/family education Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC EMR; uphold clinical standards and infection control practices Participate in care coordination, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance as part of the unit team Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license required at the time of submission Med Surg experience preferred; current Telemetry experience required Certifications: ACLS and BLS; AHABLS (respiratory/cardiac) certification required EPIC EMR experience required Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; no float requirements StartDate: 10/12/2026 or ASAP with start within 4 weeks; eligible for biweekly orientation Must pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests as part of onboarding Previous experience with a 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit is desirable Benefits and Support Competitive weekly pay Guaranteed hours and extended assignment opportunities Fast credentialing process to support timely start 24/7 recruiter and travel support Housing assistance available Extension opportunities and dedicated assignment support Nationwide assignments (where available) #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthForce Healthcare
