Job Duties

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and devise individualized treatment strategies to support their goals.

• Collaborate with Holistic Teams: Work alongside dedicated OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Empower Patients and Families: Train patients and caregivers in therapy approaches to facilitate progress beyond the clinic.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly document clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure continued improvement.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
