Job Description

Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailor-made therapy plans to support their journey towards functional independence
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and coordinated care
Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and their caregivers with the knowledge and skills to encourage consistent progress at home
Track and Evaluate Progress: Diligently document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to success
Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Continuing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported
Certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
