Benefits: Company parties Competitive salary Training & development Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Fuzzies Burgers is seeking Crew Cooks to join our Food Truck team. This position is based in Forest Hill, Maryland and other off‑site event locations.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Crew Cook is to perform the full cooking process in a high‑volume setting while maintaining quality and consistency using the locations assigned recipes and instructions. This includes stocking assigned workstation, preparing and measuring ingredients, grilling and frying, checking for proper doneness and taste, adjusting seasoning and temperature for best results, and meeting plate presentation standards. In all kitchen locations, fully responsible for all aspects of the cooking station. Ensures that the cooking station and preparation area is meeting all set sanitation guidelines and proper product rotation is being performed. The Crew Cook will report to the Crew Chief.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

$15.00‑$25.00+ per hour (depending on daily tip share). We incentivize our team through a tip sharing system as a bonus to their base rate (starting at $15.00 per hour).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting up and stocking workstation with minimal supervision Executing menu items from start to finish—including preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating of menu items Mastering more than one specific station Honing existing skills and building new ones by learning new techniques Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations during peak hours Maintaining cleanliness of any B.O.H. work areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas Participating in daily and regular deep cleaning of B.O.H. work areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas

REQUIREMENTS:
