Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – Kentucky

Location: Paducah, Kentucky

Schedule: 2 days per week; flexible half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts on a PRN basis

• Interview-based exams with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities

• Must provide services from your own office within 50-mile radius

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Kentucky medical license
• AANP certification
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine background
• Proficiency in METs testing, and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• Must own a laptop (PC only, no Mac/Apple products)
• Willingness to complete DMA training and certification
• Must maintain your own compliant office space with required accessibility features
• Current NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
