Maintenance Supervisor – Property Management Reno, NV | $23–$30/hour + Mileage + Bonus Opportunities | TBD Based on Experience Realty Boulevard – Property Management Division We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing, family‑owned property management company in Reno. This role offers a fast‑paced work environment and supports career growth. What You’ll Do Manage all types of work orders for single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties from start to finish using AppFolio (or similar software—we will train) Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality repairs Conduct move‑in, move‑out, quarterly, and semi‑annual inspections Take marketing photos as needed Install signs on properties Install, track, and troubleshoot smart locks across the portfolio Handle occasional light cleaning and miscellaneous handyman tasks to keep operations moving smoothly Communicate with residents, owners, and vendors clearly and professionally Review estimates, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure quality work Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Answer after‑hours emergency calls (company cell phone provided) Perform other tasks as assigned What You Bring 3+ years in property maintenance management or coordination preferred Strong handyman skills and a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Tech‑savvy and familiar with property management software (or willing to learn) Professional, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and valid driver’s license Bilingual a plus Benefits Starting pay $23–$30/hour (DOE) Mileage reimbursement, company cell phone, and laptop for work use Extra income opportunities for after‑hours handyman work through owner’s handyman company Paid time off Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (position dependent) Referral bonuses (including non‑industry bonuses) Business & personal growth coaching 401(k) and matching Employee discount Professional development assistance Schedule Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Lunch 12:00–12:30) Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Job type: Full-time Work location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
