10+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP systems, solutions and technologies
A minimum of 7 years SAP experience in the Utilities Industry with a focus on the IS-U solution (S/4 HANA Utilities) and meter-to-cash functionality with C4C Service Cloud Broad set of IT skills and proven technical ability in multiple IT domains
Broad understanding of the SAP's IS-Utilities solution and broad knowledge in various key areas which can include: Customer Service/Front Office/C4C, Device Management, AMI, Billing, FI-CA, SAP Financials, Cloud for Energy, Cloud for Utilities, etc.
Full-cycle implementation experience in utility?(Electricity/Water/Gas)?Domain, with hands on technical and deployment experience of CIS & Billing Systems in SAP Utilities
Keyword is SAP ISU; have worked on implem and supp SAP utilities in the billing, device mgmt., ISU;
Have to hit the ground running; someone who's been there done that, worked w/ the team; consultants (IBM for supp svcs and implementation); a lot of new functionality requested; drive focus and support them
Will be the SAP SME; when the go into financials that's something they would learn and get that experience (PWC, IBM, HCL)
Direct reports, 4 to 5 and consultants that work manage through that individual (10-20 IBM contractors in india, Philippines)
Planning to give bigger responsibilities for SAP and non-SAP; this individual will hit the ground
More functional than technical; need to know utilities business; how billing works, how rates work, SAP configs to guide and support
S4 Hana;
