Unit Manager Essential Functions:

• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations of the unit
• Supporting and guiding nursing staff
• Ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance
• Communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:

• A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
