Crew Member

The Crew Member serves food and drinks to customers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with customers and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest orders, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma, at least one year of experience in a food service or restaurant setting, and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Great speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES Build the perfect pita, plate, yeeros or other Mediterranean items with fun people in a great energetic working environment Crew members get to learn about and work at a variety of stations: Greet, Salad, Protein (vegetarian options are included), Sauce, Grill, Expo, and Cashier Build menu items for guests as requested with a genuine smile Share your knowledge about our ingredients, entrees and other tasty menu items Treat each guest like they are family and give them outstanding, friendly service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Help us keep our restaurant organized, stocked, clean and sanitized Communicate with team members and guests to keep “It” moving QUALIFICATIONS A Charismatic, upbeat, independent worker who loves yeeros (or is willing to learn) Restaurant experience a plus Willingness to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to stand for extended periods of time, move/lift items some of which may be heavy Must be at least 16+ BENEFITS At Greek Eats, our employees’ health and happiness are a high priority. #J-18808-Ljbffr
