Overview Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring Crew Members and Shift Leaders to deliver a high‑quality customer service experience in franchise‑operated locations. Key Responsibilities Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high‑quality standards. Provide service above and beyond for the customer. Maintain a clean store and workplace. Set up the store, including food preparation. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures such as cleaning, sweeping, and mopping. Use slicer (18 years old and above) and tomato slicer (17 years old and above). Follow directives of Operations Partner in execution of responsibilities. Additional Requirements Food quality that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications. Providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant. Must have reliable transportation. Customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and co‑workers consistently. Preferred Qualifications 0–1 year experience in food service. 0–1 year experience in cash handling. Physical Demands Position requires constant vigorous physical tasks, long periods of standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted.
