Family Medicine Physician
Ready for a role that fits your life? Overlake Clinics is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care Clinic. Work evening hours with flexible part-time or full-time optionsyour schedule, your way!
Position Details:
- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
- Join a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed position.
Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician license
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $262k - $415k
- Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
- Relocation support available
- 57% retirement matching and immediate vesting
