Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention. Pay range: Salary $220,000.00 - $850,000.00 Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Kirkland, WA location. Position Highlights:
- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
- Join a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed position
- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291k-$415k
- Up to 5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
- Relocation support available
- 5-7% retirement matching and immediate vesting
- Overlake qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician license
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
