Full-Time Family Medicine PhysicianOverlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician for our Kirkland, WA location.Position Highlights:RN in-basket support for all primary care providersCentralized pharmacist refill supportProvider EPIC trainerEPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care modelJoin a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed positionCompensation & Benefits:Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $291k-$415kUp to 5 weeks of PTO1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME fundsRelocation support available5–7% retirement matching and immediate vestingOverlake qualifies for Public Service Loan ForgivenessQualifications:Board certified/eligible in Family MedicineCompletion of a US residency programWashington physician licenseExperience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferredOverlake Clinics offers a wide range of services, including 11 Primary Care Clinics, 4 Urgent Care Clinics and 22 Specialty Clinics on Seattle's Eastside.
