Growth-Focused Enterprise AI Customer Success Lead
Giga AI, Inc.
Giga AI, Inc. is hiring the first Customer Success Lead to own consumption across a book of enterprise production customers. You will drive adoption, usage, and expansion, coordinating between Forward Deployed Engineers, Enterprise Sales, and the customer’s executives. You’ll push for scope expansion, manage timelines, and clearly communicate blockers and go/no-go decisions.
