The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in managing multiple projects across various stakeholders including IT, Business, and Compliance teams, with a focus on data, cloud, and emerging AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large-scale banking projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business units, and Compliance, to align project goals and ensure regulatory requirements are met.Oversee multiple concurrent projects, adopting agile methodologies to ensure flexibility and efficiency.Facilitate communication among stakeholders, provide regular updates and managing expectations.Manage project plans, risk assessments, and issue resolution processes effectively.Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and data management best practices within project deliverables.Lead initiatives involving AI and GenAI, integrating these technologies into banking processes responsibly and in compliance with regulatory standards.Ensure all projects adhere to compliance standards, banking regulations, and internal policies.Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 10+ years of project management experience with in Investment Banking domainProven experience managing complex projects involving IT, Business, and Regulatory Compliance stakeholders.Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory landscapes, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with data management, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and related project aspects.At least 1 year of experience managing projects involving AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics.Proficiency in agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are preferred.Preferred Skills:In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and Regulatory compliance standards.Experience with data security and privacy in cloud environments.Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
