Schedule options with built-in overtime

• Rotating Day/Night: Week 1: Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6 PM–6 AM) • Week 2: Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
• Straight Night: 6 PM–6 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation

Shift Differential: Earn an additional 15% of your regular hourly rate for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.

What you’ll handle

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across diverse industrial equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics to isolate issues and implement effective fixes.
• Service motors end-to-end, including repairs and replacements.
• Apply knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Partner with teammates to drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Document maintenance and repair activities with accurate, timely records.
• Communicate equipment status and findings to peers and supervisors.
• Use basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
• Solid grounding in electrical/electronic systems and reading schematics.
• Mechanical troubleshooting strengths, especially in motor maintenance.
• Background with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Clear, professional communication and team collaboration.
• Shop math for everyday calculations.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks for logging and reporting.
