Part-Time Bookkeeper

Our client, an entertainment provider, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support their New York office.

This role starts asap and will last for about 1-2 months.

Schedule: 9:30am 5:30 / 2-3 days per week

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable, including tracking and organizing invoices, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate records
• Set up and maintain vendor payment schedules and assist with vendor account reconciliations as needed
• Handle light billing and general bookkeeping responsibilities
• Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Airtable to maintain financial records and track expenses

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with QuickBooks and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases and accounting software
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
