Bookkeeper

We have an exciting new opportunity for a PART-TIME Bookkeeper in West Orange, NJ. This role offers a flexible schedule (approx. 20 - 25 hours / 2-3 days per week).

This is a flexible role for the perfect candidate with a family-operated environment. Seeking a strong QuickBooks profile who does not mind working with a manual system.

--Knowledge of basic accounting procedures

--High proficiency and comfortability with Excel

--Previous experience in an accounting support capacity

--Knowledge of QuickBooks is a MUST

salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Will support the CPA advanced, Bank reconiciations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

Weekly payroll audit and upload

Monthly Reconicaltion

Posting payments, matching in Quickbooks

Creating and reviewing spreadsheets via Excel
