Accounting Clerk

Accounting ClerkWest Caldwell, NJ CCG is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented candidate to perform a range of tasks related to invoicing and accounts receivable/payable in our Finance department. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers and has an inquisitive mind leading them to dig deeper when things don't add up.Key Responsibilities:• Collect information needed to calculate bills received (order amounts, discounts rates etc.) • Input necessary information in work order system to post an invoice • Verify data input in the work order system to ensure accuracy of final invoice • Issue invoices and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.) • Issue customer account statements and invoices, as needed • Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned • Update records with new customer information • Answer questions and handle inquiries from customers regarding invoices • Maintain filing records • Cash Application • A/P Functions • Ad Hoc Reports • Report on activity to upper managementDesired Skills and Experience:• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred, not required • Ability to verify data to ensure accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Initiate and maintain good organization of records and information • Strong attention to detail • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills • Demonstrated ability to work in a team structure, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environmentAbout Our CompanyCCG Marketing Solutions delivers a single source supply chain partnership for CRM & direct to consumer distribution.
