Dialysis Charge Nurse Supervisor - Lead Patient Care

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to oversee nursing services across shifts in a dialysis clinic. The role includes supervising staff, administering physician-ordered medications, and assisting with rounds and anemia management to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will enforce regulatory compliance, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
