We are your family, friends and neighbors, and we work with and for our community to provide quality healthcare that fits your life and lifestyle.Position Details:Shift: PRN (As Needed)Hours: 12-hour shiftsHourly Rate: $37.80 - $47.25 (based on experience)Job Summary:The PACU Staff Nurse uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate highest quality nursing care.As a patient advocate, he/she coordinates the care of the patient through collaboration and appropriate delegation.The Nurse provides age-specific care and teaching to selected patient population(s).Monitors and recognizes changes in physiologic status, takes appropriate action based on assessment, and evaluates and documents finding and patient response.Interacts frequently with all patient service departments; utilizes interdisciplinary input to plan, implement and evaluate care.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum Associates Degree required. BSN preferred.Two (2) years of previous PACU Nursing experience preferred.Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.Current BLS required.PALS, ACLS required.All Certifications must be held through AHA or ARC.Education:Associates or better in Nursing.Licenses & Certifications:C-ARC-PALSC-ARC-ALSC-ARC-BLSL-NV-RN LicenseEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
